There are a number of universities in the United States that award fully funded scholarships to international students who seek to pursue a degree in Nursing Science. And what makes it even greater is that these schools also grant application fee waivers to international students. This means that interested candidates will not be hindered from applying due to financial constraints. Let’s take a look at some of such institutions.

1.) Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore

This top-ranked American university provides fully funded scholarships for international graduate students pursuing a Master’s in Nursing (MSN) degree. These fully funded scholarships are very limited in number and are granted through the International Fellows Program. This scholarship award covers tuition, student fees, health insurance, and a yearly living allowance as well. Furthermore, the application fee is waived for international students.

2.) University of Pennsylvania

This highly rated university is ranked #1 for international nursing degrees and Penn’s School of Nursing offers to all admitted international graduate students full funding for their Nursing program. It also waives the $100 mandatory application fee for international candidates.

3.) University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA)

UCLA’s School of Nursing offers international students who are interested in pursuing a Master’s degree in Nursing Science (MSN) full tuition coverage scholarship for the entire two-year duration of the program. This scholarship is awarded through the Global Nursing Scholarship. Also, international applicants are not charged any application fee for the program.

4.) University of Michigan (UMich)

The University of Michigan awards to international students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science fully funded scholarships through the Global Public Health Scholarship. This scholarship covers full tuition, student fees, accommodation, and a yearly living allowance for the four-year duration of the program. I’m addition, there is a $75 application fee waiver.

5.) New York University (NYU)

New York University’s Rory Meyers School of Nursing directly waives its $100 mandatory application fee for all international applicants. Also, eligible international applicants can obtain full funding for their Master’s and Doctorate Nursing programs through the Sally Rafie Nursing Scholarship.
