As a Research Assistant, you will support the ISCβs international efforts by conducting advanced quantitative analysis on large-scale datasets and contributing to high-impact publications.

- Perform quantitative data analysis using tools like R, Python, and Mplus.
- Apply statistical techniques such as Item Response Theory (IRT) and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).
- Contribute to peer-reviewed journal articles, technical reports, and literature reviews.
- Coordinate with global collaborators, helping to organize workshops and expert meetings.
- Support the overall management and execution of this large-scale educational research project.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- A Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, or Statistics.
- Proven experience with quantitative research methods.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis using R, Python, Mplus, or similar software.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an international team.
Prior experience with international large-scale assessments is a strong advantage.
