Job Posting: Site Loadout Coordinator

We are seeking a Site Loadout Coordinator to oversee port operations for offshore wind turbine component loading in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety is the top priority across all port operations and contractor activities
• Plan and coordinate port logistics, including equipment management
• Manage interfaces between onsite contractors
• Oversee loading and securing of components according to approved plans
• Coordinate with other construction teams
• Conduct regular safety assessments and promote a strong safety culture
• Ensure the loading contractor’s safety program is properly implemented
• Plan loading schedules and provide progress updates
• Verify work complies with approved methods and risk assessments
• Facilitate inspections as needed
• Process change requests including risk reviews
• Report construction progress versus schedule
• Record loading details and generate daily reports

Requirements:

• Offshore/Marine safety certifications: GOW, HUET, OPITO, IOSH
• Medical fitness certification
• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Ability to prioritize safety and lead by example
