Here is a list of some top institutions in Canada and Australia that award competitive scholarships to international students who seek or desire to pursue a Master’s degree in Education Administration.
Australia
1.) The University of Melbourne
The University of Melbourne awards what is known as the Melbourne International Research Scholarship (MIRS). This scholarship is granted to international students and it offers a two-year complete tuition coverage for its Master’s program in Educational Leadership. A well-written research statement is a requirement.
2.) The University of Western Australia
This university generously allocates what is called the UWA International Tuition Fee Scholarship for their Master of Education (M.Ed.) and it covers full (100%) tuition fees. A minimum of 7.0 IELTS score is a major requirement.
Canada
1.) The University of Toronto
The University of Toronto Awards to international students the International Doctoral Fellowship which provides adequate funding of as much as $20,000 CAD for its three-year Doctor of Education program. An 80% CGPA is a requirement.

The University of British Columbia offers international students what is called the International Tuition Award. This award covers up to 50 % of tuition for international students in pursuit of a Master of Educational Administration degree. Having a minimum of two years of teaching experience is an advance.

The University of Alberta
offers the annual Queen Elizabeth II Graduate Scholarship to international students. This scholarship is as much as $16,000 CAD and it is granted to only full-time students of the Master of Educational Administration program.
