This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Well Testing Specialist to take on a lead role within a growing energy company in Saudi Arabia. The position requires strong technical abilities, as well as excellent leadership and client-facing skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site well-testing operations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations
• Monitor and analyze test data to optimize performance and accuracy
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the well-testing team
• Collaborate with clients to meet project goals and deliver quality results
• Prepare detailed reports on all well-testing activities
• Maintain and troubleshoot well testing equipment as needed

Requirements:

• Fluency in English
• Previous Saudi Arabia experience is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years well testing experience, including 2+ years in supervision
• Expert knowledge of well-testing procedures and equipment
• Ability to work safely in remote and demanding environments
• Relevant certifications and safety training
