🩺 About the Role: Urgent Care Call Handler

As an Urgent Care Call Handler, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals seeking urgent medical assistance. You’ll ensure calls are handled efficiently, compassionately, and in line with professional healthcare standards.

• Provide professional support to Urgent Care Coordinators.
• Serve as a responsive central contact point for healthcare professionals.
• Deliver outstanding communication and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to protocols while prioritizing patient care.

This role requires flexibility — you’ll be part of a 24/7 service operation that includes overnight, weekend, and bank holiday shifts.
