Senior Offshore Drilling Fluids Engineer Needed for Hiring!

A global Oil & Gas company has an urgent requirement for the services of experienced and qualified Offshore Drilling Fluids Engineers. These Engineers are expected to function as Senior Offshore Drilling Fluids Engineers in the company’s offshore facility, located in Columbia.

Duties/Responsibilities of the Senior Offshore Drilling Fluids Engineer:

1.) Record mud testing results.

2.) Review of mud programs and preparation of mixing plans.

3) Gathering of chemicals and fluid samples for testing.

4.) Conduct proper testing of fluids.

5) Provision of onsite services to the operator.

6.) Render professional advice to clients.

7.) Accurate interpretation of data.

8.) Supervision of rig personnel where necessary.

9.) Comply with the company’s HSE regulations.

10.) Make necessary recommendations where needed.

Job Requirements:

i.) Applicant must have valid offshore certificates (BOSIET, OGUK)

ii.) Applicant must be able to demonstrate Deepwater knowledge and experience.

iii.) Applicant must possess a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience in a Deepwater environment.

iv.) Applicant must have a COVID Vaccination Certificate.
