The Research Assistant will play a vital role in supporting ongoing research projects focused on design innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration. The successful candidate will assist in data collection, analysis, and the development of research prototypes.
This position is ideal for individuals passionate about research, design thinking, and creative problem-solving, and who want to contribute to impactful design solutions that address real human needs.
đź’Ľ Key Responsibilities
- Conduct exploratory and generative research through field studies and data collection (both qualitative and quantitative).
- Develop and follow research protocols in collaboration with project leads.
- Analyze research data to uncover key insights and design opportunities.
- Participate in brainstorming, ideation, and prototyping sessions.
- Maintain accurate and organized research documentation and prepare progress reports.
- Test software prototypes and interact with research participants as required.
- Perform additional research-related duties as assigned.
🎓 Qualifications and Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in research, data collection, analysis, and record management.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in research methods and design tools.
- Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with digital research and prototyping tools.
