First Bank of Nigeria Limited, one of Africa’s leading and most renowned banks will be launching its maiden edition of The FirstBank Sales Academy. This can be regarded as part of its Talent Identification Initiatives and is specifically designed for employees of Microfinance Banks and other Financial Institutions who desire to go into mainstream commercial banking.

Requirements/Criteria:

1.) Applicant must have obtained a First Degree, or its equivalent, in any discipline, from a reputable Higher Institution with a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division) or HND (Upper Credit).

2.) Applicant must have a minimum of one (1) year of work experience in Sales/Marketing in a Microfinance Bank or other Financial Institutions.

3.) Applicant must possess very good communication and presentation skills.

4.) Applicant must possess very high ethical standards and integrity.

5.) Applicant must not be older than 30 years of age as of 30th of June, 2024.
