💼 About the Role: Digital Operations Coordinator

As a Digital Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that DeakinTALENT’s operations are digitally streamlined and user-friendly. You’ll coordinate day-to-day activities, optimize digital workflows, and lead projects that enhance the student and employer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily digital operations and supervise the Digital Services Officers team.
• Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal tech teams and vendors to resolve platform issues.
• Manage and analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support platform improvements and upgrades.
• Develop training and knowledge-sharing resources to enhance technology adoption.

🎯 Who Should Apply?

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in computer or technology-related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience managing Career Management Systems (Targetconnect and/or Careerhub preferred).

• Familiarity with platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, D2L, and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
