Seven (7) Universities offer Scholarships to International Students for Masters in Data Science.
With the growing demand for Data Analysts in the business world, a Master’s in Data Science has undoubtedly become one of the most lucrative and sought-after degrees. However, the cost of pursuing such a program is very high and invariably, quite discouraging. But there is good news! Several universities in the United States offer scholarships to international students who seek to pursue a Master’s degree in Data Science. Some of these universities grant as much as full tuition scholarships. Below is a list of some of such institutions.
1.) Stanford University, Stanford, California.
This university fully funds up to 100 students each year for the two-year Master’s degree program in Data Science. In addition, it grants each student a $15,000 personal endowment and also covers living expenses and health insurance.
2.) Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
This university offers full-tuition scholarships for a 12-month accelerated M.Sc. program in Data Science.
3.) University of California (UC), Berkeley
This University’s Master of Information and Data Science (MIDS) program runs for only 12 months and grants full funding to about 40% of its admits. A living stipend is also provided.
4.) Northwestern University, Chicago.
This university offers full-tuition scholarships for its 10-month Master’s program in Analytics to about 20% of admitted students.
5.) Cornell University, Ithaca, New York.
This university grants Graduate Fellowships with fully funded tuition fees and living expenses to incoming students for its Master of Information Science (specialization in Data Science) program.
6.) Northeastern University, Boston.
This university awards scholarships (full tuition) and Fellowships (half tuition) for its Master of Science in Analytics program.
7.) Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta.
This university provides a full-tuition scholarship for its Online Master of Science in Analytics degree.
