💼 Key Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you will:
- 🫶 Encourage independence — Support individuals to participate actively in their communities and daily lives.
- 🧩 Support daily living activities — Including personal care, social outings, cooking, budgeting, and maintaining routines.
- 💬 Communicate effectively — Use each individual’s preferred communication methods to build trust and understanding.

- ❤️ Provide specialist support — For individuals who require positive behavioural support or complex care approaches.
- 🧾 Maintain accurate records — Report any health or lifestyle changes promptly and responsibly.
