πŸ’Ό Key Responsibilities

As a Professional Research Assistant, you will:

  • Recruit, screen, and schedule study participants.
  • Lead research visits, including mobile lab EEG appointments.
  • Conduct self-report assessments and manage participant data.
  • Ensure quality control and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with faculty, postdoctoral researchers, and students on multi-site projects.
  • Work respectfully with participants from varied backgrounds, including those with physical or cognitive limitations.

πŸŽ“ Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, neuroscience, life sciences, or physiology.
  • Experience conducting human participant research and eligibility screenings.
  • Familiarity with MATLAB, computer networking, and research data systems.

πŸ’‘ Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with EEG/ERP or brainwave recording systems.
  • Knowledge of REDCap project management and IRB compliance.
  • Phlebotomy experience (blood sample collection).
  • Experience handling biohazardous materials such as blood, saliva, or stool samples.
  • Working knowledge of R/RStudio for data analysis.
