- Nomination Deadline: Nominators will submit candidates by December 2025.

- Start Date: Studies begin in September/October 2026.

- Apply Online via CSC Central
- Applications must be submitted through the official CSC Central application system.
- No applications or documents submitted outside the portal will be accepted.
- Secure a Nomination
- Applications are made through national nominating agencies (main route) or approved NGOs/charitable bodies.
- Each nominator has its own rules, eligibility criteria, and deadlines. Candidates must check with their nominating agency directly.
- Prepare Before Applying
- Draft answers offline before entering them into the portal.
- Ensure you have access to two-factor authentication (2FA).
- Save your application frequently to avoid data loss.
